During his experience as a General Superintendent and Project Manager of a reputable General Contractor building high-rise multifamily buildings, Jon Cruickshanks saw the need for Engineering expertise coupled with contractor based field experience. There was a need for practical designs that can accommodate field conditions and field realities. Also observed was the value of what practical hands on experience of delay causing issues and often overlooked design issues can be, to owners and design teams during the design phase and during construction.
